Our mission in developing the Heffy’s Branded Chicken Program was simple…to create the best tasting product for the quick serve foodservice industry. As seasoned travelling salespeople we had encountered numerous variations of chicken programs over many years and saw a need and an opportunity for significant improvement.
Our journey began by studying the various offerings on the market, including the chain and franchise programs over a two year period. This set the framework for guiding us in the development of Heffy’s. Our objectives included:
- To create a Made in Canada solution
- No MSG
- No Royalties
- No advertising fees
- Must taste as good or better than existing programs
- Full training and guidance to assist in maintaining consistent finished product
