About the product
The hazelnut is a small dry fruit from the Corylus avellana shrub that can reach 2 to 5 meters in height. Its global production is dominated by Turkey. Italy is also renowned for its quality production. The hazelnut is eaten as it is or grilled and is very popular in baking for its nutty, almond and biscuit notes.
