Giffard Falernum Syrup

An essential syrup to develop a Tiki cocktail and other sophisticated cocktails.

About the product
Traditionally made from cloves, almonds and lime juice, there are just as many Falernum recipes as there are bars. Giffard’s Falernum recipe aims to be as close as possible to the original recipe.

Ingredients
Sugar, water, concentrated lime juice, natural flavour, clove extract, natural almond flavour (hazelnut), stabiliser: acacia gum.
