In Vancouver, 8 of the top 10 hotels on TripAdvisor serve espresso in-room coffee. Why? Because it's a simple, yet effective way for hotels to distinguish themselves from the general motel K-cup or drip coffee offerings. The James Hotel in Saskatoon, a top hotel in Canada, is just one example of the trending switch from traditional drip to espresso-based coffee.
